Marian Faye "Omah" Johnson, 69, a resident of Palo Alto, died Dec. 23, 2010, after a 13-year battle with breast cancer.

She was born in Morgan City, La., and married Alvin Johnson, Sr. in 1960.

She was an avid member of Abundant Life Christian Fellowship in Mountain View.

She is survived by her children, Kimberly Johnson Garcia of Palo Alto, Alvin Johnson Jr. of Mesa, Ariz., Lorri Johnson Santamaria of Oceanside, Calif., and Kelle Johnson LeDuff, of Inglewood, Calif; and 11 grandchildren.
