Ronald Stancil Freeze

Ronnie Freeze, born in Livingston, California, to Stancil Woodrow Freeze and Anita Hunter, died March 30, 2014, in Reno, Nevada at the age of 81.

After serving in the Navy during the Korean War, he began following his lifelong passion for flying, performing as a crop duster and stunt pilot and then finally going into aircraft sales. He was also an accomplished farmer, mechanic, building contractor, skydiving entrepreneur, and enjoyed ski diving, writing and anything adventurous. He had a huge heart and loved his family, flying and ice cream!

He is survived by his two daughters, RoeAnn Cinquini of Reno, Nevada, and Dona Connell of Los Osos, California; sister Dona Schott of Meadow Vista, California; half-brothers, Jay Taylor of Loomis, California, and Mick Taylor of Rancho Murieta, California; half-sister Melinda Warren of Yuba City, California; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
