Former Atherton resident Anna May (Leong) Duncan passed away June 14, 2014, at Stanford University Hospital. She was 92.

Her children Robert, Laura (Peter Bridges), Robin, and Scott (Helga) mourn her loss.

Anna May was born January 3, 1922, in Yuma, AZ., to Lee See and Ng Hook Leong. She is survived by her beloved brother, Dr. George Leong, his wife Helen and their two children. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Sam Leong and John Robert Leong. Anna May (Aigoo) was a devoted aunt to their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Anna?s many friends will always remember her brilliant smile and adventurous spirit. She was an active member of The Mills College alumni, the Menlo Park Kiwanis Club, the U.S. Figure Skating Association, and was a devoted fan of the Stanford football team and women?s basketball team.

At her request, no memorial service will be held. Instead, a grand celebration of her extraordinary life will take place Sunday August 24, 2014, at 213 Laurel Ave., Menlo Park, CA 94025, starting at 12:30 PM

Family and friends are warmly invited to come rejoice in her memory and honor the wondrous long life of Anna May Duncan.
