John was my colleague, mentor and dear friend. We worked together developing talent for Cisco Systems under the Global Talent Acceleration Program (GTAP) among many other successful programs in IT. His impact on hundreds of engineers in emerging countries is part of his legacy. Rest in peace my dear friend.
