Former Gunn High School Art History and Photography teacher Wayne Hoy passed away on May 6. Wayne was with the PAUSD for nearly 40 years. An avid traveler and accomplished photographer, he enhanced his Art History courses with his personal pictures of many of the world's most iconic art treasures. His works are included in public and private collections across the US and Europe. He is survived by his wife Goronka, who he met on a trip to Sarajevo. They were married for 37 years. He will be dearly missed. Friends and former students are invited to his memorial. Services will be held at Fernwood Cemetery on June 20 at 1pm, 301 Tennessee Valley Road, Mill Valley.
