Alex was the person to whom I could always vent when times were challenging at Adobe. He was someone I always enjoyed chatting with and comparing notes on our time in our respective services, Navy and Air Force. I was stunned to learn of his passing, it is truly our loss and you shall be missed

Alex was a truly unique character. He was my customer, yet we always found ourselves moving quickly from business talk to our shared passion of travel, history, and favorite books every time we met. Though a private person, he spoke often of his wife and family. Our loss is heaven's gain. Such a terrific person.

Thank you Alex, for reviving and leading the Adobe SJ Photoclub for so many years with great enthusiasm ! Here's a picture of Alex in action, shooting Madeleine Albright, during her visit to Adobe. My condolences to the family.
