Barbara was my French teacher at Cupertino High School. She was a very outgoing person and enjoyable to have as a teacher. She wrote a very nice recommendation for me to attend the United States Naval Academy. Later I got reacquainted when she was doing professional modeling with my fiancé. She is one of the few teachers I remember from my high school days. I’m very sad to learn of her passing.

Barbara and I were roommates one year during our teaching days. I will always remember as brilliant, witty, generous, and great fun. She will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to the family.
