My husband and I just learned of Dave's passing. He renovated our house in 1999 and since then he's always the first person we call when we need any additional work. Which is what happened this week. We are stunned and saddened to learn that he died so young. Dave was such a sweet guy. We moved into our house on his birthday in 1999, and he came by even then to fix up some last things. We made him a cake and had a celebration. He was such a great guy and a real friend. He will be sorely missed.

Just heard of Dave's passing. I am so truly sorry. Dave and I shared some great memories earlier on in his life. I considered him one of my best friends. He will be truly missed.

My husband and I just now heard of Dave's passing and we are very sad. Dave built an addition on our San Jose house in 1997. He was such a great contractor, he was good to work with and a very pleasant, happy guy. We soon considered him a friend and when the project was over we missed him.
