Jan was my master teacher at Escondido School in Palo Alto back in the 1980's. She was a wonderful person and helped to launch my career into education. I am now in my 32nd year thanks in part to Jan. Thank you, Jan!

Ms. Small was my first grade teacher and was extremely patient and loving with me as she helped me overcome many fears and brought me out of my shell. My family still tells stories of conversations with Ms. Small and I have many vivid memories of her joyful rich classroom - she made a very big early impact in our lives. Much love to her family.

Janice was my former sister-in-law and one of the nicest people I have ever met. We were in the same class at Paly. The world lost a beautiful person. She will be greatly missed. My love goes out to her family.
