Mr Archibeque was my Soanish teacher at Morse High School in San Diego, CA. He was my only inspirational teacher. I graduated mid term. He attended my wedding. He wrote in my annual, "stand by your convictions". I have. Been married 49 years. I'm so sad he has passed and never got the opportunity to tell him. What a class act you were. RIP

Mr. Archibeque was my Spanish teacher at Morse High School in San Diego from 1964-1967. I wish I had know he had returned to California. I was the principal of a 96% Latino school located in Oakland. Completely change the curriculum to a Dual/Bilingual Immersion program. Many of the ideas I used and implemented came from being a student of Mr. Archibeque. Driving thee red Mustang, dressed elegantly with suits from the El Cortez Men's Shop. HE VERY MUCH IMPACTED MY LIFE IN A POSITIVE WAY. I REGRET I DIDN'T GET TO TELL HIM. Maestro mejor!! Mil gracias por su vida!!!
