As one of Marie's sisters-in-law I felt honored to know Marie. Our visits to California were always fun and we were able to watch her children grow. She kept us informed all about her grandchildren. She was proud of them all. Marie and her siblings grew up mainly in Mooseheart, and the memories they shared with us about that time fascinated even her niece and nephews. May you rest in peace, Marie.

I am sorry to hear that Mrs. Kieraldo has passed away. She was one of my neighbors in Old PA before Steve Jobs bought her house. She was a lovely person.

Marie is also survived by two brothers, Patrick and his wife Bonnie of Charlotte, NC; Gerald and his wife Barbara of Lakewood, CO; and a sister Bonnie Chick of Sherborn, MA. Upon graduation from high school we all took root in different areas of our country but we always stayed in touch. Visits to Marie featured picnics and Marie could "set a good table". She will be greatly missed by her siblings.

Marie was a very kind and caring person. Her curiosity made her very knowledgeable in several areas including Navajo rugs, antique pewter, paintings and gardening. Her roses were a delight to all who knew her. She supported the Stanford committee for Art and worked for years on their Treasure Market sale. She was a jewel to our committee. May she rest in peace.
