Phil was a star whose bright light shined on all. He was generous, witty and loyal. I learned so much from him and saw him share his opinions in such an open, honest and very smart way. I have tremendous respect for what he did for the community and how he carried himself. His passing is a huge and irreplaceable loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lively family at this time. Phil was the person that many looked up to in both his profession and his friendships. He set an example that few could match and I am proud that I could call Phil a friend. Bless you Mr. Lively. I know if there are any Jeeps in heaven, you will have them in pristine condition, ready for inspection. Ernie will be watching!
