Rita and Pete were a perfect part of our neighborhood. Rita was so cheerful and her laugh echoed up and down our cul de sac. She was the first to visit on those sunny Saturdays when we all emerged to do some yard work and visit. We will miss her presence. She left a hole in the universe.
