I just learned of and am very saddened by Tracy's passing. He was one of the most unique individuals I have ever had the pleasure to know. His kindness knew no boundaries, his hugs sincere. He was a man of great intellect which he could reduce to lay terms, fortunately, for me I wish for him tender and loving peace.
