Chan is remembered as a spirited member of St. Mark's Church community. Up until the restrictions of Covid, Chan was a steadfast participant in the 8AM Sunday Chapel service. For many years, first in person and then later in ZOOM gatherings, Chan joined the Tuesday Scripture Discussion. He came to every discussion (whether in person or at the computer William had set-up for him) with notes-in-hand ready to read verses aloud and share his insights. His insights were always sincere expressions of a straight-forward faith is leading an honorable life. Both the 8AM and Scripture communities are missing his presence.
